FIELD: wine-making industry. SUBSTANCE: first wine blend is prepared using ordinary process wine materials and ingredient intended to increase sugar content of wine. Then wine blend is subjected to clarification, filtering and bottling. Step of bottling wine blend is preceded by its pasteurization for 2 min at 80-85 C, followed by finishing filtering. Bottling is carried out when wine blend has temperature 60-65 C. EFFECT: simplification and reduced time of process with preserved higher quality of wine. 10 cl, 2 tbl
