SUBSTANCE: grape sweet pink wine contains dry grape wine material, sugar-containing component and food aromatic flavor "Chernaya smorodina" (Black Currant) at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared wine: food aromatic flavor "Chernaya smorodina", 0.1-15.0 kg; sugar-containing component providing sugar content in wine in amount of 70 g/cu. dm, dal; grape wine material (dal), the balance. As a grape wine material, the wine contains treated grape wine material and/or grape wine material prepared by fermentation of grape concentrated wort. As a dry grape wine material, the wine contains pink and/or white and red dry grape wine materials, and as a sugar-containing component the wine contains 65-70-% sugar syrup and/or grape concentrated wort. EFFECT: broadened assortment of pink grape sweet wines because of aroma of wet greens and light flavor of melon with new taste. 4 cl, 3 tbl
