ECOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX AND ITS BUILDING Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to erection of ecological construction complex with dwelling buildings. Two dwelling buildings of complex are made of blocks of different height arranged over their length. One of bends of longitudinal axis of each building is located on lateral axis of block of dominating height. Lateral axes of these blocks of both buildings are coinciding. Longitudinal axes of blocks of equal height located at both sides of blocks with dominating height in both buildings are parallel. Monolithic lateral walls and longitudinal inner wall of part of blocks of buildings create together rigidity cores. In part of blocks, floor disks are displaced through part of storey height with creation of apartments in two and three levels. Dual-level apartments in first storey are provided with individual entrance. All blocks of buildings are connected by corridors with stairs and elevator units. Buildings are provided with reflectors of sun energy arranged on external sides of outer walls facing each other in two buildings. Sun energy reflectors are made adjustable and relate to diffusing, diffusing-directed or directed type. Sun energy collectors are combined with structures of roof, walls and/or loggia guarding. Used are sun energy collectors of passive or active type. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 59 cl, 17 dwg
