FIELD: devices used in gas distributing mechanism of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic ejector has housing 3 formed as hollow cylinder whose one end is closed with bottom, which is in contact with control cam of distributing shaft. Guiding sleeve 5 is fixed in housing 3 to define closed cavity 6 with housing bottom. Guiding sleeve 5 carries hydraulic compensator with cap 8 and piston 10, which define high-pressure chamber filled with oil and having return valve. Cylindrical working surface of piston is provided with annular grooves 16 of rectangular section, with ratio of width b and height h of grooves being within the range of 0.6-1.6.
