SUBSTANCE: the regulator, containing an autotransformer with the main winding and additional sections, fully controlled semiconductor keys, control pulse shaping unit, feedback unit, power supply, synchronizer, counter, additionally uses a condition sensor of the fully controlled semiconductor keys, delay unit, unit of high-speed protection against overvoltages across the output terminals. The autotransformer has voltage-adding and voltage-subtracting additional sections series- interconnected in opposition and connected to the main winding.
