FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing permanent structure of maxillary denture. Crowns are set on teeth coming in no occlusion. Model of the maxilla with the permanent structure of maxillary denture fixed on it and model of the mandible are molded from plaster into occluder. Cermet dentition copy is made taking into consideration the orthognatic features. The dentition copy is made saddle-shaped and rigidly attached to dental crowns by means of threaded connection. Metal strips with threaded holes are rigidly fixed in advance on the crowns. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in repairing occlusion in cases the interior alveolar ridge is displaced inside; enhanced cosmetic quality; improved strength and physiological properties of prosthesis. 2 cl, 3 dwg
