SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and may be used for treating partially edentulous patients. The method is implemented as follows: crown preparation of an abutment tooth is performed. A working cast is modelled. A seat of the supragingival prosthesis abutment 1 is marked on the working cast. The supragingival prosthesis abutment 1 is made of metal by the prepared working cast. Then it is modelled immediately on the working jaw model. A surface of the supragingival prosthesis abutment 1 facing towards a ginguival surface is saddle-like and congruent to an interacting surface of the alveolar process 11. A surface of the abutment 1 placed inside the crown 3 is dome-shaped with a vertical column 2 in the centre. The prepared supragingival prosthesis abutment 1 is temporarily fixed on the working jaw on the marked place. A pusher 4 is temporarily fixed thereabove along a general longitudinal symmetry of axis. The prepared structural assembly is used as a false tooth stump. A prosthesis is made. A through hole 5 for the supragingival prosthesis abutment is formed in the crown along the axial line with the pusher 4. The pusher 4 is demountably fixed in the crown 3. The supragingival prosthesis abutment 1 is inserted in the crown by force to make it vertically movable by an effector of the pusher 4.
EFFECT: simplified method for making the supragingival prosthesis abutment.
