FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and may be used for treating partially edentulous patients. A supragingival abutment comprises a supragingival abutment 1 made of a metal, e.g. titanium or zirconium dioxide; an artificial crown 3 for the abutment 1; a pusher 4. The abutment 1 surface from a gingiva is saddle-like and congruent with an alveolar process surface. The abutment 1 surface integrated in the crown 3 represents a dome as a vertical column 2 in the centre. The pusher 4 is placed in the crown 3 body in a through hole 5 arranged along a common longitudinal symmetry line with the abutment 1. The abutment 4 comprises a screw 7 in a body 6 of the pusher 4 along an axial line from a grinding surface of the crown. An internal surface of the crown 3 is congruent with the abutment 1 surface integrated therein, and the pusher 4 surface. An end of the pusher 4 body facing the abutment 1 is provided with a braking collar.
EFFECT: simplified design.
