FIELD: sportive medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon user's muscles and body parts by applying physical force of different values; measuring rate of the heart's beat corresponding to aerobic and anaerobic exchange thresholds; reducing amount of fat and muscular tissues by using feeding ration with exchange energy level of up to 1,600-1,800 kcal for anabolic training mode and of up to 1,300-1,500 kcal for catabolic training mode. Balanced feeding ration includes compensating products used in an amount of up to 15-30% of total weight of ration for catabolic training mode and of up to 10-15% of total weight of ration for anabolic training mode. EFFECT: increased efficiency in correcting individual's built and body composition by changing the total amount of fat, fatless and muscular tissues due to introduction of compensating products into feeding ration. 3 tbl
