FIELD: biotechnology, dairy, medicinal and pharmaceutical industries. SUBSTANCE: cow milk is used for isolation of angiogenine. Raw is purified by centrifugation, proteins are sorbed on ion-exchange resin and protein fractions are eluted at wavelength 280 nm at optical value above 0.1. Then dialysis and ion-exchange chromatography are carried out. Fraction containing angiogenine are identified, combined and hydrophobic chromatography is carried out. Then eluates are desalted and concentrated and obtained angiogenine is stabilized by ammonium sulfate. EFFECT: simple, effective and cheap method of isolation. 2 cl
