FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to production of building structures at site of their erection and particularly for production of reinforced concrete floor or ceiling slabs, beams and other articles in repair, reconstruction or restoring of buildings. According to method, reinforcement wire is tensioned over anchor devices in the form of parallel wire bundles with respect to length and/or width of structures to be produced. Wire bundles are prestressed by twisting operation. Then prestressed reinforcement is placed into form or shuttering and concrete mix is poured over it to make it monolithic. In another procedure anchor devices are rigidly secured against each other in walls of premise in which floor or ceiling covering is to be made. Tensioned over anchor devices are parallel wire bundles consisting of two of more wires. Reinforcement is tensioned by twisting each of bundles. Each bundle is divided in length into two or more pairs of approximately similar parts, and bushes are inserted between them into bundles which by means of lever are turned around axis of wire to ensure its similar twisting at both ends of lever.
