FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: synchronous reference clock signal is received by phase tuning circuit in commutation system from synchronization circuit. Phase tuning system generates clock signal in response to synchronous reference clock signal from synchronization circuit. Jitter suppression circuit removes jitter constituent in reference clock signal in order to provide phase tuning system with pure synchronous reference clock signal. EFFECT: possibility to control phase of clock signal without influence of jitter constituent. 4 cl, 2 dwg
