FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: device has connection line PCB, which is connected to external system connection line PCB through test connection line, control unit which controls connection line PCB as low-level processor, human-computer interface unit, which is interfaced to external system for data alteration and password control, control unit for call tracing and establishing connection to control talk monitoring system according to external system requirements which are received through human-computer interface unit, and for sending result of respective control operation to external system through human-computer interface unit. In addition device has number converter, which provides number conversion and user number control at switch board station upon processing calls controlled by control unit for call tracing and establishing connection, unit for call tracing and establishing connection in order to monitor talk and connection path under control of control unit for call tracing and establishing connection, call control unit which serves as commutation station for call processing, for sending talks monitoring control flag into number converter and for sending message about event of call process service into unit for call tracing and establishing connection. In addition device has fault monitoring unit which detects faults in talk monitoring system and for sending message to external system about fault through human-computer interface unit, as well as telephone equipment technical service unit, which controls technical service and repair of voice processing equipment under control of fault control unit.
