FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fixed lip with a guiding member and movable lip traveling over the former one. The fixed and movable lips encountering an article to be grasped, gap is selected between the guide and movable lip locking member and they are set as cross-pieces and rotation is carried out by means of cam lever so that the movable lip turns about the axis of the fixing member, distance between the fixed and movable lip diminishes. Final catch of the thing to be grasped and its reliable holding takes place as a result of elastic interaction of the lips, the thing to be grasped and flexible stickers due to cam passing the dead point and the lever being set on lever rest.
