FIELD: container emptying and washing equipment. SUBSTANCE: according to the first embodiment, apparatus has bar with narrow lower part provided with lower steam nozzle defined by lower end of narrow part and truncated cone surface on upper end of cylindrical deflector arranged in axial alignment with bar cavity within mixing chamber. Inner surface of cylindrical shell and outer surface of cylindrical deflector are joined by means of ribs to define mixing chamber. Steam nozzle is defined by coaxial housing and bar outer surface. End head is made in the form of slit nozzle defined by lower end of shell and disk fixed on lower end of cylindrical deflector. Disk has hot liquid discharge openings and is provided with cone secured to its lower surface. According to the second embodiment, steam nozzle is defined by coaxial housing and bar outer surface. End head has disk with deflector secured in its center and made in the form of truncated cone arranged in the cavity of bar lower end. Cone is attached to disk lower surface. Apparatus is further provided with auxiliary disk seated onto funnel-shaped lower end of bar. Inner surface of funnel-shaped end of bar and surface of disk with deflector define lower steam nozzle. Main and auxiliary disks define slit-type nozzle. Intensified feeding of hot liquid directly to zone adjacent to container bottom through slit-type nozzle and into discharge branch pipe through perforated disk provides accelerated heating of viscous liquid and, consequently, accelerated discharge of liquid.
