FIELD: mixing of liquids. SUBSTANCE: the mixer lower disk has a central hole. The device is furnished with a cone made in the form of a disk with truncated cone-shaped lugs on both sides in the center and located between the lower and upper disks in the their central holes. According to one of the versions, the central hole in the lower disk makes up a liquid feed duct. The steam branch pipe is connected to the central hole in the upper disk. The interdisk space, consisting of successively arranged in the periphery: mixing chamber, neck, diffuser and exit slotted nozzle, is connected to the cavity of the steam branch pipe through a steam nozzle formed by the cone and upper disk, to the liquid feed duct through a water nozzle formed by the cone and lower disk. The liquid feed duct is furnished with a water branch pipe connected to the lower side of the central hole of the lower disk. According to another version, the mixer is furnished with a cone made as a truncated cone and fixed on the upper side of the lower disk in the cavity of the lower end of the steam branch pipe. The liquid feed duct consists of a water branch pipe connected to the water casing installed above the central hole of the upper disk in whose cavity the steam branch pipe is coaxially installed. The inderdisk space consisting of successively arranged in the periphery from the center: mixing chamber, neck, diffuser and exit slotted nozzle is connected to the cavity of the water casing through the water nozzle formed by the wall of the central hole of the upper disk and external surface of the lower end of steam branch pipe, to the steam branch pipe - through the steam nozzle formed by the cone, upper surface of the lower disk and internal surface of the lower end of the steam branch pipe. According to the third version, the mixer is furnished with a cone secured in the center of the upper side of the lower disk. The liquid feed duct consists of a water branch pipe connected to the water casing in whose cavity the steam branch pipe with the steam cone on its lower end is coaxially installed. The mixing chamber consists of a contraction, whose lower end face is connected to the central hole of the upper disk, and the upper end face carries the water casing, neck formed by the lower end face of the contraction, cone and lower disk, exit slotted nozzle in the perimeter of the disks and connected to the water casing cavity through the water nozzle, formed by the upper end face of the contraction and surface of the lower end of the steam branch pipe, to the steam branch pipe cavity-through the steam nozzle formed by the gap between the steam cone and branch pipe. EFFECT: expanded range of mixing capacity, improved design. 4 cl, 4 dwg
