SUBSTANCE: heat-and-mass exchanger is provided with profiled expulsor secured on side of mixing chamber in cavity of axial nozzle; profiled ferrule introduced in cavity of coaxial nozzle over part of its length divides nozzle into two adjacent nozzles; outlet sections of ferrules and expulsor are partially introduced into mixing chamber forming preliminary dispersion zones between this chamber and end faces of nozzles.
