FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes cyclohexane imidazolyl substituted derivatives of general formula (I): wherein A denotes linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl each having 1-8 carbon atoms or cycloalkyl having 3-8 carbon atoms; B is hydrogen, halogen or perfluoroalkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms; D is group of formula: -CH2OR3 or -CO-R4, wherein R3 is hydrogen or linear or branched alkyl having 1-8 carbon atoms; R4 is hydrogen, hydroxy or linear or branched alkoxy having 1-8 carbon atoms; R1 is hydrogen, halogen, nitro, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl group, trifluoromethoxy group, linear or branched alkyl, alkoxyl or alkoxycarbonyl each having 1-6 carbon atoms, cyano or carboxyl; R2 is residue of formula -CO-R5,, -CO-NR6R7 or wherein R5 is hydroxyl or linear or branched alkoxy having 1-8 carbon atoms; R6 is hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms; R7 is residue of formula: -SO2R9 or wherein R9 is linear or branched alkyl having 1-8 carbon atoms, which is substituted by phenyl or tolyl, or phenyl which is substituted by halogen or linear or branched alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms; R10 is hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms or protecting hydroxy group; R8 is hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms or triphenyl methyl. The present invention also describes method for preparing compounds of formula (I) and salts thereof, which comprise drug, and method for preparing thereof, and also initial compounds and method for preparing thereof.
