where R1,R2,R3 are H, halogen, C1-8-alkyl; L is H, halogen, C1-6-alkyl; T - radical of the formulas -COOR4,-CONR5SO2R6,-CONR7(R8)R9;; R4 is H, C1-8-alkyl; R5 and R7 are H, C1-6-alkyl; R6 - phenyl possibly substituted with C1-6-alkyl; R8 - aryl with 6-8 carbon atoms and possibly substituted with 1-2 C1-6-alkyls; R9 is -CH2OH,-CO2R-CO-NR11R12; R10,R11,R12 - hydrogen, C1-8-alkyl; T - tetrazolyl possibly substituted with trifluoromethyl or C1-4-alkyl, mixture of isomers or their separate salts. Compounds of the formula (I) inhibit effects of angiotensin-II that inhibits vasoconstrictive and stimulating effects of aldosterone secretion.
