FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining aldosterone, cortysol, somatotropin, concentration in blood serum of Sibirien citizens aged 20- 34 years by means of radioimmunological method and additionally measuring weight-height index. Aldosterone and cortysol concentration in women and somatotropin concentration in men are compared to regional norms. Aldosteron concentration in women blood serum of 120.20-±13.65 pg/l is considered as regional norm under weight-height index being equal to 609-451 g/cm, that of 110.30 ± 8.65 pg/l is valid for the case of weight-height index being equal to 448- 352 g/cm, that of 142.18 ± 13.13 pg/l is valid for the case of weight- height index being equal to 350-292 g/cm. Cortysol concentration in women blood serum of 439.25-±32.94 pg/l is considered as regional norm under weight-height index being equal to 609-451 g/cm, that of 495.25 ± 23.28 pg/l is valid for the case of weight-height index being equal to 448-352 g/cm, that of 522.50 ± 25.85 pg/l is valid for the case of weight-height index being equal to 350-292 g/cm. Somatotropin concentration in men blood serum of 1.81 ± 0.65 ng/l is considered as regional norm under weight-height index being equal to 583-506 g/cm, that of 1.97 ± 0.35 ng/l is valid for the case of weight- height index being equal to 500-451 g/cm, that of 1.55 ± 0.22 ng/l is valid for the case of weight-height index being equal to 450-315 g/cm.
