FIELD: manufacture of abrasive tools. SUBSTANCE: method consists in deforming the tabs keeping smooth clearance and applying bakelite with tabs kept in this position; then they are subjected to heat treatment at temperature of 250 to 300 C for 3 to 4 h. After heat treatment, wheel is cooled by applying technological lubricating and cooling fluid to its tabs. Lubricating and cooling fluid shall possess the property of changing to solid aggregation state. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
