FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: natural origin of carotinoides (for example, carrot) is affected by extraction, thus prepared carotinoide-containing liquid fraction is separated against pulp. Then precipitating agent (for example, calcium chloride, calcium hydroxide, calcium lactate and calcium gluconate) is added into liquid fraction to prepare solid precipitate being enriched by carotinoides. Then solid precipitate being enriched by carotinoides is separated against liquid fraction being stripped by carotinoides. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method; improved quality of desired product. 29 cl, 4 tbl
