FIELD: wine making and alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: spice-aromatic raw material including mint, St.John'swort, wormwood and thyme is divided into two groups, respectively: mint and thyme, St.John'swort and wormwood, 0.3-0.5 kg of each kind of raw material. Two-fold infusion of each group is carried out by aqueous-alcoholic liquid, infusions are discharged in the amount of 150-200 dal and blended with sugar and aqueous-alcoholic liquid up to strength of 27%. Blend is aged and on the stage of ageing, apple or grape wine material is introduced in it in the amount of 150-200 dal per 1000 dal of drink.
