FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution of 40% vol. from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water. Then, 0.09-0.15 kg of sweetener - replacer of sugar "Sunett" and 0.2-0.4 kg of sodium bicarbonate are introduced in finishing tank per 1000 dal of vodka. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas with reduced caloricity without using sugar and increased organoleptical properties of vodka.
