SUBSTANCE: unit has base 1, case 4 mounted for vertical displacement in base 1 and accommodating frame 14 for displacement over hollow shaft 9 and over its parallel shaft 12. Worm 15 and gear wheel 32 are installed in frame 14 coaxially to hollow shaft 9 and coaxially to shaft 12, respectively, for rotation. Skew gear 16 with bushing 17 kinematically coupled with worm 15 is installed in frame 14 for rotation. Carriage 20 with rack 35 made in section in the form of half-cycle and kinematically coupled with skew gear 32 is mounted in bushing 17 for displacement. Object holder 11 is placed on guide 21 rotating about vertical axis carrying segment webs 23 whose cylindrical surfaces form sleeve bearing together with blind holes of carriage 20 whose axis of revolution is parallel to axis of hollow shaft 9. Mounted inside hollow shaft 9 is helical drive whose nut is coupled through longitudinal shaft in hollow shaft 9 to worm 15. EFFECT: provision for six degrees of freedom for object holder enabling determination of amount of linear and angular displacement in all directions. 4 cl, 6 dwg
