FIELD: optical instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: creation of liquid-crystal cell with erythrocyte concentration of 1 to 10% of total mass of specimen involves use of liquid crystal as matrix and orienting coating based on fluoroplastic solution mixed up with acetone and toluene followed by polishing with flannel fabric. Orienting director of liquid crystal molecules along polishing lines accompanied by capability of tracking irregularities results in uncompensated dipole moment in associates causing attraction of blood cells and their unidirectional leveling.
