Ratio of dry rye malt to ethyl rectified alcohol when preparing aromatic alcohol of rye malt is 0.18-0.22: 1. It allows to enrich vodka with amylolytic enzymes and amino acids which promote amylolysis in human being organism till readily assimilated dextrins and maltose.
