FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has first magnetic circuit 1, primary winding 5 which is coiled over first magnetic circuit 1, secondary winding 7 which is coiled over first magnetic circuit 1 above primary winding 5 in sections, second magnetic circuit 2 which embraces first magnetic circuit 1 which is coiled with windings 5 and 7. Third and fourth magnetic circuits 8 and 9 serve for connection of ends of first and second magnetic circuits 1 and 2 in order to provide closed magnetic circuit. Magnetic circuits 1, 2, 8 and 9 are made from rings which are turned in ribbon from amorphous magnetically soft alloy. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 2 dwg
