FIELD: finishing, trimming and compacting parts by means of working medium being in free state. SUBSTANCE: in order to realize continuous feed of parts, apparatus is provided with cylindrical shell 11 adjoining to end of rotating drum in the form of helical column 5 and to cylindrical branch pipe of charging device 7. Helical two-step guide with different-diameter turns is mounted inside said shell. Relations of parameters of turns of said guide and helical column are given in description of invention. Said relations are selected in such a way that to provide continuous metered feed of working medium and parts into said drum independently upon mass charged to hopper of charging device 7. Said helical column is made of three bent strips mutually joined by predetermined angles. EFFECT: simplified design. 2 cl, 10 dwg
