SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of 1st discharging of birch buds, 1-2 l; honey, 4.8-5.2 kg; glucose, 4.8-5.2 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Combination of ingredients allows to increase vodka biological value and to keep stability of flavor and taste of resulting product at storage. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas with higher organoleptical properties and low energy value.
