SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: honey, 2.5-3.5 kg; filtrate of aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging of oat spikelet, 1.8-2.2; filtrate of aqueous-alcohol infusion of Ist discharging of gooseberry leaves, 1.8-2.2; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Invention provides for broadened assortment of vodkas with curative-prophylactic effect and slight honey-strawberry tint, and simplification of production process.
