FIELD: sealing high- and intermediate-vacuum spaces of vacuum-tube devices. SUBSTANCE: vacuum seal has mounting support, shut-off element, and shut-off element displacement actuator joined with support and made in the form of support-mounted bellows connected to compressed fluid supply. Incorporated in bellows is displacement guide in the form of flexible link fixed on one end to support and on other, to shut-off element in plane crossing axes of bellows and seal holes with offset towards the latter. Length of flexible link equals distance between fixation points in case of complete tightness of seal and may be placed both inside and outside the seal. EFFECT: simplified design and improved operating reliability. 3 cl, 4 dwg
