FIELD: vacuum devices shutting-off vacuum volumes. SUBSTANCE: vacuum seal includes support, shut-off member and shut-off member motion drive connecting them. Drive is made in form of bellows connected to source feeding the fluid medium under pressure; it is provided with guide made in form of bush with slot. One end of bush is secured on support along axis of bellows and is bent over arc of circle in plane passing through axes of bellows and hole of seal, towards seal. Shut-off member is secured on curvilinear rod received by guide slot of bush for motion of shut-off member as far as mating face of seal hole. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced operational reliability. 2 dwg
