FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: device includes reservoirs made in form of sections of tubular circular passage and brought is communication in their lower portions through throttle valve they are also brought in communication in their upper portion; device is also provided with angle sensor and scale. Reservoirs are partially filled with conducting fluid in which bow-shaped conductors are partially immersed; surface of conductors is smoothly coated with nonwettable dielectric. Bow-shaped conductors are arranged in reservoirs in such way that longitudinal axes of reservoirs and conductors are brought in line and cross sections of conductors and reservoirs have symmetrical form of flat geometric figures relative to axes of symmetry. Device is also provided with electronic converter electrically connected with each conductor and conducting fluid.
