Reagent 1: compound of the formula (II) where R^° means hydrogen atom or tert.-butylcarbonyl N-protective group which is subjected to acid hydrolysis. Formed compound is esterified and formed ester is subjected to interaction with functional derivative to obtain ester. The latter is subjected to reduction and formed alcohol is treated with methanesulfonyl chloride followed by interaction of formed compound with amine of the formula (III) . Synthesized compounds are used in medicine for treatment of patients with allergy, cardiac failure, gastroenteric disorders.
