FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: described are new 4-substituted piperidine derivatives which relate to nonpeptide antagonists of neurokinine-2 which are useful for treating such diseases as asthma, and method of preparation thereof, 4-substituted piperidine derivatives are represented by general formula I: wherein m, G, J, L, M and Δ are as defined in claims. Method comprises subjecting compound of formula I to condensation with carbonyl or chiocarbonyl derivatives, respectively and subsequently oxidizing optionally the resulting piperidine derivative to produce N-oxide or alkylating compound wherein R¹² is alkyl.
