FIELD: methods of thermohydraoinsulation of pipes. SUBSTANCE: method of thermohydroinsulation of pipes on base of polymer materials with mineral filler consists in mounting the pipe and filling it with reaction mixture in split mould, keeping the article till complete hardening of foam polymer mineral composition and unloading the insulated pipe from mould after hardening of insulation. To ensure full escape of gas-and-air mixture, foam polymer mineral composition is kept in lower portion of mould till reaction mixture raises by 3/4 of its height, after which upper cover of mould is closed. EFFECT: improved quality. 1 dwg
