FIELD: medical equipment industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes manufacture of body and shutoff member of preset configuration; its polishing; ionic bombardment cleaning of valve components to remove oxide film in inert gas medium; application of thrombo-resisting carbon coating to heated parts and assembly of valve. Ionic bombardment cleaning of valve components is carried out at temperature of 250 ± 20 C in vacuum of P = (453,2 ± 40,0)•10-5 Pa and with protein of V = (-400 ± 60) V maintained across valve components relative to titanium target - anode of electric arc plasma source. Then, current of arc is set up I = (110 ± 10) A and arc supply voltage V = (70 ± 5) V, potential across valve components V = (-100 ± 10) V and under these conditions, titanium adhesive sublayer is applied at P = (466,6 ± 40,0)•10-4 Pa, then layer of titanium nitride reinforcing the surface is applied. To form this layer, nitrogen is introduced to attain total pressure of P = (573,2 ± 40,0)•10-4 Pa and again, one more adhesive sublayer of titanium is applied thickness of intermediate coating of (100-5000•10-10 m. Then, carbon coating is applied from pulse source of carbon plasma with density of (10-9-10-11) kg/cu. m at coating condensation rate of (2-10)•10-10 m/pulse, radiation energy of (23,2-96)•10-19 J to attain the total thickness of coating not in excess of 2,5•10-6 m. EFFECT: higher functional service life of valve.
