FIELD: office machinery. SUBSTANCE: loose-leaf binder has U-shaped fixing member which consists of bearing plate and flexible rods outgoing from it perpendicularly. It also has hold-down plate with holes for flexible rods. Ends of flexible rods, after they are bent out, are secured with movable clamps made as sliders moved along hold-down plate. Fixing member is provided with lobes for attachment on folder cover. Lobes are made of the same material as fixing member. They are made on both sides of flexible rods at bearing plate ends. EFFECT: reliable attachment of loose-leaf biner mechanism, on folder cover, reduced labor intensity. 3 dwg
