SUBSTANCE: present invention describes tetrazole derivatives of general formula I: wherein A is single bond or oxygen, alkenyl having 2-7 carbon atoms, phenylalkyl having 7-10 carbon atoms or alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms optionally substituted with -COOR² in which R² is hydrogen or alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms optionally substituted with CONR³R⁴ in which R³ and R⁴ are the same or different and each is hydrogen or alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention also describes antiallergic composition which comprises compound of formula I in effective amount. Compounds have antiallergic and antiinflammatory activities and are useful as therapeutic agent for treating bronchial asthma, allergic rhenite, or the like. Besides, compounds are low toxic.
