FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound of the general formula or its salt: where R1 means thienyl, pyridyl, aryl; R2 means hydrogen atom, alkyl, phenyl; R3 and R4 mean independently hydrogen atom or alkyl, or R3 and R4 taken together with adjacent N-atom mean 6-membered heterocycle; A means C2-C6-alkylene; W means direct bond, O, S or (CH2)n; n = 1 or 2; X, Y and Z can be similar or distinct and each means CH (the latter can be a substituted alkyl), or N-atom. However, X, Y and Z can not mean CH simultaneously. Synthesized compounds exhibit the strong inhibiting activity with respect to neurons death and can be used as a therapeutic drug in cerebrovascular sicknesses. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced effectiveness of drug. 17 cl, 1 tbl, 40 ex
