SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal composition containing as an active component a derivative of triazine of the general formula (I) or its solvate, or its salt and a derivative of triazine where R¹ and R² can be similar or different and each means hydrogen atom, unsubstituted of substituted alkyl, aralkyl or alkenyl or they in common and in combination with vicinal nitrogen atom form cyclic amino-group (NR¹R²). Cyclic amino-group can involve as a ring atom (except for vicinal N-atom) nitrogen oxygen or sulfur atom and can be substituted also. The case when NR¹R² means NH₂ is excluded.
