FIELD: polymers, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes polymeric conjugate of camptothecin mainly consisting of: (i) from 60 to 99 mol. % of N-(2-hydroxypropyl)-methacryloylamide links presented by the formula (1): ; (ii) from 1 to 40 mol. % of 20-O-(N-methacryloylglycylaminoacyl)-camptothecin links presented by the formula (2): -CO-Gly-SPA-O-CPT where SPA is the spatial group containing the corresponding terminal amino- and carbonyl groups that are discrete by at least three atoms and O-CPT means camptothecin residue being C-20-hydroxy-group of camptothecin is bound with terminal carbonyl group of the spatial group (A); and (iii) from 0 to 10 mol. % of N-metha-cryloylglycine or N-(2-hydroxypropyl)-methacryloylglycine-amide links presented by the formula (3): -CO-Gly-Z where Z means hydroxy-group or residue of the formula -NH-CH2-CH(OH)-CH3.
