FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: for preparation of sweet liquor, mixture of cinnamon and nutmeg is aged for short time in a part of mountain ash fruit infusion taken from total quantity, directed for blending, and poured over with aqueous-alcoholic liquid. Then mixture is aged in two stages, and infusions of Ist and IInd dischargings are combined and blended with the main part of mountain ash fruit infusion, 65.8-% sugar syrup and aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the higher purification and water up to strength of 24%. Prepared liquor has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: mountain ash fruit infusion, 2500-2900; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist and IInd dischargings of mixture of cinnamon and nutmeg, 45-55; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1400-1450; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol and water, the balance. EFFECT: original taste with simultaneous stability and physiological value.
