FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body which accommodates vertically positioned shaft with spherical end and bearing assembly, operating member made in the form of two discs and mounted for axial displacement. One of discs is coupled rigidly to upper part of body. Plate-like disc is hinged to spherical end of shaft. Safety device is positioned between bearing assembly and ring with pins. Plate-like disc has shape of reversed truncated cone, bevel surface of which carries scrapers inclined towards side opposite to direction of rotation. EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency. 3 dwg
