FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: taxane derivatives having common formula (I) given in specification are prepared by esterification of baccatine III or 10-desacetyl baccatine III by acid having common formula (VII), by removing protection groups of thus prepared ester. The process is followed by acylation of amine function in side chain. In formulae (I) and (VII) Ar is phenyl, R is hydrogen atom or acetyl, R₁ is benzoyl, or R₂, wherein R is alkyl, R₃ and R₄ are the same or different and they are hydrogen, alkyl, R₅ is alkyl radical being substituted by one or by multiple chlorine atoms, 2,2,2-trichloroethyl, 2-trichloromethyl isopropyl.
