SUBSTANCE: method of synthesis of esters of baccatin-III or 10-deacetylbaccatin-III of the formula (I) involves esterification the protected baccatin-III or 10-deacetylbaccatin-III of the formula (II) to ester with activated acid of the formula (III) . In formulas (I), (II) and (III): Ar is phenyl or a) R1-aroyl radical where aryl moiety is phenyl or radical of the formula R4-O-CO- where R4 is linear or branched C1-8-alkyl; R2 is H; R3 is the protected group of functional OH-group; R2 and R3 together form oxazolidinyl; G1 is the protected group for function of hydroxyl-group; G2 is the protected group for function of hydroxyl-group.
