FIELD: organic chemistry, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of enzyme omega-aminoacid transaminase with ketone in the presence of amino-group donor being the latter is used at significant molar excess. Ketone and amino-group donor are interacted with the whole cells of microorganism that produce omega-aminoacid transaminase, or with an enzyme aqueous solution, or with enzyme immobilized on carrier. Method can be used in chemical technology, in production of pharmaceutical and agrochemical preparations.
