FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: intersecting lines of cast-in-place staggered piles placed on both sides of the foundation are accomplished through the foundation. Then vertical spline grooves are originated under foundation foot and filled with fibrous concrete. Then soil between spline grooves is washed out and formed cavities are filled with fibrous cement with hydrophobic additions. Basement walls are formed as a result. Then horizontal anti-filtering curtain is made below design level of basement floor. Level- by-level soil excavating is performed and floor is installed and hydraulically insulated.
