FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used in opencast mining of minerals. Device represents truss which is made in the form of equal-arm lever with its axis of rotation being inclined from vertical line towards worked-out area or slope at angle which is equal to angle of repose of quarry side or slope. Located on both ends of truss are removable skips which are adjustable in height. Displacement of rock and ground is effected due to gravity force when torque at side of lowering arm is exceeded by torque at side of lifting arm. System operates when above conditions are maintained. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device allows for reducing expenses for energy consumed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
